I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Twin Room. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore local attractions. The staff went above and beyond. they helped arrange a tour to Sapa and a timely transfer to the airport. Breakfast was included and had a great variety, including delicious eggs!
